Return Policy

A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be acquired for every return. Products must be in new condition and are subject to manufacturer’s approval upon return. If the return is due to customer error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges on items being returned or exchanged. CMT will pay for shipping charges on all other returns. Refunds and/or exchanges will be provided once the item has been received in its original condition. CMT cannot provide refunds for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Please insure your packages to protect from damage. Restocking fees may apply, as determined by the manufacturers or circumstance.

Shipping Policy

Our shipping policy is Pre-Pay and Add. You will not see your shipping charges on the order until it is shipped. If you choose to use your own account number for shipment billing purposes, please specify the number and carrier in the “notes” field of the checkout screen.


         We do not ship to California addresses or outside of the United States.
